Jace Brittner is from Missoula Montana where his mother and father taught him the beginning stages of cooking. Hunting, fishing and home cooked meals was the way they lived. When he was 15 years old, he took his first job as a cook and 6 months was promoted to lead cook. He later moved to Seattle and started his life as a proud cook and aspiring chef and held many jobs in the restaurant world. He became the sous chef and a high-end retirement community. He work for this building for 3 years and then transferred to the new building that was being built as the head chef.
Here at Cottonwood the team has stepped the game up in every aspect of the culinary world. Handmade scratch cooking with fresh local produce and meat brought in daily. The culinary team takes pride in serving our residents and providing them with the best quality ingredients to enhance the quality of their lives.
